|  | Aluminum/Stainless Steel Open Delivery Carts
Plastocon's carefully designed and quality manufactured open delivery carts allow visibility throughout the entire cart for security and easy viewing procedures. Trays are suspended on slides with easy access to individual random meals. The open design facilitates quick and efficient cleaning between meals. Aluminum or stainless steel open delivery carts are available in 24 and 48 tray configurations and are engineered for years of maintenance-free operations. Carts can also be custom built. |
Construction: Aluminum, designed for economy
Formed from one piece of material, the sides consist of .063" thick, high strength aluminum with die formed contour ledges that measure 1 3/16" wide, spaced on 3 1/2" centers. The solid, seemless top and bottom are constructed from one piece of .063" thick, high strength aluminum attached to the cart's sides with 1/4" diameter blind rivets. | Construction: Stainless Steel, designed for strength

| Each compartment is equipped with two vertical pan stops in the center which are attached to the cart's top and bottom. A tray retention device, constructed from 1/4" diameter stainless steel rod, is attached to the cart at each compartment opening (the retention device is held securely in place during transit). |
